We are delighted to announce that our first ever Crowdfunding Project – the Track Appeal for Wales – has been successful. The online campaign ended today and the result is that you have raised a magnificent total of £2,295.
This has exceeded our initial goal of £1,000, and will allow us to resurface the track to a much higher standard than we thought possible. Pending further estimates by our local contractors, we may be able to repair some additional areas of the pathway, which are beginning to crumble away.
It’s the first time we’ve used this online funding appeal and shows the wonderful support given by you, our friends and supporters. Every penny will go towards improving the lives of our beautiful, gentle horses and ponies like Freddie (pictured). The horses were really struggling on the broken stones, and you have put an end to that with your generosity and compassion. We can’t thank you enough.
