A SPECIAL HOME APPEAL FOR FRED

Bichon Frise/Shih Tzsu extraordinaire

Four years young

In good health, neutered, vaccinated and ready to roll.

Happy to travel, cross paths with other dogs, go to the vets or groomers.

Not into: having his legs touched ..fair enough; cats; or kids that can trigger a panic.

Seeking:  a quiet life with a single person to call his own and get a fuss from, a nice bit of grass to zoom on, and an occasional biscuit.

Fred has been in a quieter retreat so that his carers can provide more time to get to know him better.  This has gone well so we want him to find a home soon, instead of back to his kennel.  We have plenty of guidance to share to help you make a success of it.

If you can relate to Freds outlook and have a quiet home with a garden, then you need to know that Fred needs you very much indeed. You are a rare diamond in a haystack.

Are you the type of person who doesn’t like being fussed over?  Prefer the quiet life and like your own space?  Well  Fred is  just the chap for you to hang out with, share adventures and then a few afternoon snacks, like happy peas in a pod.

Fred needs to have his personal space respected and that is a tall order for a dog in this world.  This simple need is going to see him confined to looking at his kennel walls for the most of his days…at just 4 years old that would be around 10 more years.

Nowadays, people don’t adopt dogs with needs of their own.  Imagine the pressure of being refused a home until you were perfect!

In the past Fred has found himself in situations that overwhelm him and make him anxious, and when people have not understood this, he has resorted to bite as the only  way of communicating.   With our guidance and support this can be avoided.  As you become best pals and build trust between each other Fred will look to you for guidance and reassurance instead.    With that covered, you’ll get yourself a happy zoomie cloud on legs who will show you his love in abundance as you enjoy life together. To give Fred every chance, we will cover your travel and visiting expenses from anywhere in Britain if you need it – so don’t let the distance keep Fred from his happy place!
