Meet Mr Myers,

Myers was the victim of severe neglect and very probable serious abuse.  When he was rescued by a member of the Freshfields Cattery Team you could see where he had been desperately trying to escape the appalling conditions he was imprisoned in (a picture is provided of this).  Myers was discovered in a property by a landlord after the tenant vacated the premises.  Sadly the tenant did not inform the landlord there was an animal in the property so Myers went at least 2 weeks with no access to food or water.

Mr Myers has been extremely scared of people and has done his best to hide as best he can, due to how afraid he is of people when staff have gotten to close he has lashed out to defend himself.

However this said, Myers has began to trust a few members of staff and some of our amazing volunteers and he does seem to be overcoming the horrendous trauma he has been through.

Mr Myers will need someone who is experienced with cats and ideally a quiet home.  Myers will need a special someone who will give this tortured soul a quiet loving home.
